About the role
- Hybrid working arrangements available (minimum one day per week in Melbourne CBD office)
- 0.6FTE (flexible work arrangements available)
- Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal)
- $96,691 – $99,497 (pro-rated) + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave
Working within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Strategy Directorate, the Executive Assistant and Directorate Coordinator works as part of the EA team to provide high level executive support to the Director. This includes planning, prioritising and coordinating calendars, meetings, travel bookings, credit card reconciliation, document filing, and other administrative tasks.
About you
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA with strong initiative, planning, problem-solving, time management and administrative skills. You will have excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in Asana, Board Effect, and a not-for-profit and/or government environment is preferable.
