The Education Project Officer (First Nations) supports the development and delivery of engaging, culturally informed education programs and resources that connect school, tertiary and community audiences with First Nations cultures, science and natural history.

Working across onsite, online and offsite learning, you will research, design, develop, deliver and evaluate education programs and resources aligned with NSW curriculum priorities, community expectations and the needs of diverse audiences.

You will work closely with First Nations colleagues and communities, Pasifika colleagues, scientists, educators and partner organisations to co-design learning experiences that reflect community priorities and support First Nations voice and agency.

  • Employment Status: Full Time, Fixed-Term (Until 30th June 2029).

  • Salary Classification: Clerk Grade 5/6, you will be paid a competitive total remuneration package of $116,832.52 - $128,912.31, including an annual salary of $102,936 - $113,579, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation (currently 12%) and annual leave loading.
