About the role

The City of Sydney has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Digital Innovation and Development Team.

In this role, you’ll manage, maintain and further improve the utility of software products, facilities and technical environments through which services are delivered to our employees, communities and stakeholders.

We're looking for someone with:

  • tertiary qualifications with minimum bachelor degree in computer science/engineering
  • minimum five years experience in web based application development and support in a substantial and high volume/pressure organisation
  • advanced .NET experience
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work outside of business hours when necessary.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
